Supporting World Mental Health Day

10th October 2018

World Mental Health Day is on the 10th October 2018, with the overall objective of raising awareness and support of mental health issues around the world.  Young people and mental health in a changing world is the theme of World Mental Health Day 2018.

The World Health Organisation notes that as we go through changes in our lives, they can be both exciting times and stressful and apprehensive at the same time. 

They add " In some cases, if not recognized and managed, these feelings can lead to mental illness. The expanding use of online technologies, while undoubtedly bringing many benefits, can also bring additional pressures, as connectivity to virtual networks at any time of the day and night grows."

Because our vision is to create an empowered society, and over the past 18 years we have been dedicated to helping people improve their mental and emotional health, and personal and professional success, Qt continues to support World Mental Health Day.
