How to Change Easily and Quickly

Have you ever wondered how to change any area of your life easily and quickly?

You are not alone. I am often asked questions about how to change. Here are the 4 steps that I use to help clients create fast and long term change with NLP and Hypnosis.

  1. Any change begins with your willingness and readiness to change. Firstly, you need to identify which area/s you want to improve or change. Is it a specific behaviour or habit eg. procrastination, lack of direction, confidence, motivation, sabotage, smoking, over eating, sleeping, etc? Or is it one or more areas of your life eg. career/business, health, finances, family, friends, relationship, personal growth, etc? As you think about these, which one/s are you totally happy with right now and which one/s would you like to improve or change right now? Once you have chosen these, next think about how you will benefit from making those changes or improvements.
  2. Let go of past fears, hurts and self doubts. Declutter your mind from past emotions (eg. hurt, anger, fear, rejection, betrayal, guilt, etc) and self doubts (eg. not good enough, fear of failure/success, being judged, fear of being alone, etc). The more your mind is cluttered with those emotions and limiting beliefs, the more you will keep recreating the same patterns and dynamics with other people in your life. In turn, this will prevent you from having the personal and professional success you truly desire.It is difficult to be objective with yourself because you are you. This is where it is very useful to work with a certified NLP and Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner/Trainer, who is trained to assist you to objectively identify and address your past issues and has the techniques to help you to do this quickly, safely and without you needing to relive the past again.
  3. Focus only on what you want. Because you get what you focus on, if you continue to focus on what you don’t want and on the past, you will keep attracting it. Stop dwelling on the past so that you can stay focused on and enjoy the present and the future. This includes having clear goals to move you towards the success you desire. Remember that by visualising exactly what you want each day, you program your mind to attract more positive people, situations and opportunities into your life.
  4. Take action to improve your success. Once you let go of the past and focus on what you want, it is also important to take the appropriate action to move forward, including towards achieving your goals. For example, if the action you took in the past was unsuccessful, either you need to change the action you are taking or change how you are taking that action. This is much easier once the past issues are addressed.
