1.  Watch your emotions and beliefs!

2.   Balance you body pH (possible hydration) level

A pH range between 7.2 and 7.4 is ideal for the body to function at its optimal level.  If your body becomes over acidic or over alkaline, your body is unable to function at its optimal level and illnesses and diseases can start to develop.  Because the cells in our body are unable to function effectively in an over acidic environment, your health can start to deteriorate at a cellular level.

3.   Eradicate free radicals 

Avoid harmful chemicals, including preservatives in processed foods, smoking, excessive drinking, pollution, pesticides, harmful chemicals in personal care and make up products.  These harmful chemicals create free radicals which damage cells, affect the natural communication between the cells and weaken the immune system.  In addition, smoking, excessive drinking and pollution rob the body of vital nutrition.  Instead, read product labels carefully and choose immune system friendly products which help to strengthen its defences against illness.
