
Supporting World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day is on the 10th October 2019, with the overall objective of raising awareness and support of mental health issues around the world. This year, suicide prevention is the theme.
The World Health Organisation notes that every 40 seconds, someone loses their life to suicide. They encourage everyone to participate in “40 seconds of action” to prevent and raise awareness of suicide around the world Here is how you can take part.

Support Your Family, Friends and Colleagues
Do you know of family, friends or colleagues who are stressed, anxious, depressed, lonely, have low self-esteem or lack confidence?
