Transformational Client Success Story!
Welcome to our Transformational Success Story where I personally interview one of our very successful clients, Brenda.
Tell us a little about yourself Brenda.
I am a working mum whose life was spiraling out of control. I was drinking alcohol way too often and when I did drink I didn’t seem to have an off button. I was spending way too much time with self-loathing and negative talk that I found myself not liking me very much. I had loss interest in life. And I had lost interest in myself. I had seen psychologists over the years, and even though they help at times, I never felt I was getting any long-term results.
You have had significant successes recently Brenda, please you tell us about your transformation.
Since Qt, I have stopped drinking all together and I don’t even think about it at all during my day and because Dr Vesna’s techniques have helped me to love myself again. Dr Vesna has taught me how to change all the negative self-talk to positive self-talk and my confidence is 100% better than before Qt, and I am now starting to set myself goals in life that I want to achieve. I am confident, positive have heaps more motivation in life to achieve the things I had put off for years.
What were the biggest challenges you needed to overcome to get to where you are now?
The biggest challenge was to change the negative self-talk that I was using constantly in life. So, once I was able to start to change this to positive self-talk I started to feel good about myself. My confidence improved and I now love life.
To what extent has working with Qt helped you to transform your life?
Qt has changed my life 100%. I am not drinking, I am starting to be the leader that my family needed. I am more productive at work and I just feel so much better about myself.
How has transforming your thinking impacted on your success?
The biggest success has been my positive thinking. This has changed my life so much. When things happen in life I now approach things differently and I am amazed at myself at times as to how thinking about this in a positive way changes the outcome.
What has been the biggest change for you? Has the change been a lasting one?
I have started to live my life alcohol free and have not had anything to drink for over 3 months. Also, one of the biggest changes for me has been my confidence and positive thinking. I am so much more confident in myself and have learned to love myself again after many years of self-sabotaging behaviours. I look at everything now in a positive way instead I used to look for all the negative in everything.
What tips would you give to others who are seeking to improve their life?
Be willing to do whatever it takes to make positive changes in your life. Have an open mind. And be willing to embrace change.
Having now made this change, what do you now enjoy most about life?
Feeling positive has allowed me to get joy out of doing things that I once used to love doing. Because I feel more confident and motivated, I am now doing things that I once told myself I couldn’t do because of the negative thinking I have convinced myself that I wasn’t capable. Now I am willing to give anything a go.
How would you sum up your transformation?
Since meeting Dr Vesna I have become a confident, positive person who loves living life. My thinking has changed so dramatically that I surprise myself someday with how I have handled situations that have arisen. I am not drinking and have learnt to love myself. I feel that I have found myself again after spending many years feeling lost in life, and feeling like I did not know myself or feel connected to myself. This has all changed. I am finding things about myself that have been buried for many years.
